All purchases must be paid in full

Returns are for store credit only, and item must be returned in condition it was sent out in. No exceptions for returns.

Any damaged goods (during shipment) will be replaced to the best of our ability, if we are not able to replace the damaged item we will issue a store credit for the amount of purchase.

These items are prone to wearing upon use. Your item may start to show more copper as the motherboard does tend to wear down over time. This is normal and can bring a nice look to the piece. If this is not acceptable, you can always use clear nail polish to add a protective layer to your piece. We will not add this layer, and do not offer this service, it is simply something that our clietns have seen to work and reported to us.

Refunds do not include the cost of shipping. We will not ship outside the US, Canada or Mexico due to high risk of theft/loss and tampering of the packages.

Returns and refunds are not offered on custom made pieces, those that a client requests specifically, all purchases for custom made pieces are final.

Terminology on this site:

• When our products say the chain or material is Silver, it is usually a silver plated material or something like that.
• When our products say .925 Sterling Silver, it is .925 Sterling SIlver and not an imitation.
• When our products say gold chain or golden chain, the chain is plated with a form of gold and not solid gold.
• When our products say solid gold, it is solid gold either 14 or 21k
• When our products say copper, the material used is copper.
• When our products say brass, the material used is a brass compound.
• When our products say one size fits all, they are adjustable and can be worn by any size.

Our products are assembled in the USA (Chicago to be exact) and are all hand made, no robots used to make these items... yet. We are working on that.
